If a deposit made through an account or payment method belonging to a third party is detected, SlotRave will void all wagers and refund the nominal deposit amount to the legitimate holder of the payment method, retaining any profits generated by the unauthorized bet.
Deposited funds are intended exclusively for placing bets on the casino and games available on the platform. SlotRave must not be used as an intermediary savings account or financial institution. Deposits do not accrue interest.

Where the deposit method does not support withdrawals, payment will be made by bank wire transfer or Interac e-Transfer to the verified Canadian bank account linked to the Player's profile.
- In compliance with anti-money laundering rules, any deposited amount must be wagered at least once (1x) on real-money games before it can be withdrawn as real money.
- SlotRave reserves the right to thoroughly audit all transactions and gameplay patterns before releasing substantial funds. Internal processing times may range from instant (such as Interac e-Transfer withdrawals, the most valued method by Canadian players) to 3 business days for additional banking verification.
Bonus and Free Spins Policy
5.1. General Promotional Campaign Conditions
SlotRave offers an appealing and transparent bonus culture to its users, including a traditional welcome bonus combined with free spins for new accounts. All promotional offers, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns are governed by these rules and the specific bonus terms of each individual promotion.
5.2. Separate Balances: Real Balance vs. Bonus Balance
The User's gaming account is clearly divided into two distinct balances:
- Real Balance: Funds deposited by the user or winnings resulting from bets placed with real money. This balance may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the minimum wagering requirements for anti-money laundering compliance.
- Bonus Balance: Promotional funds granted by SlotRave or winnings resulting from bets placed with bonus money or free spins. These funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must be converted into real-money balance by fulfilling the wagering requirements (Rollover/Wagering).
When placing a bet on the platform, funds will be deducted first from the Real Balance. If the Real Balance is zero, bet funds will be deducted from the Bonus Balance, provided the bet meets the restrictions of the applicable promotion.
5.3. Wagering Requirements (Rollover) and Validity
All casino bonuses and winnings derived from free spins carry a specific wagering requirement that dictates how many times the bonus amount must be wagered on the platform before it can be converted into real money.
- The standard rollover for deposit bonuses is 35 times (35x) the credited bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Bonuses have a strict expiry period. If the rollover is not fully completed within the established promotional period (generally 30 days for welcome bonuses and 7 days for free spins), the remaining bonus amount and any winnings generated from it will be automatically forfeited and removed from the gaming account.
5.4. Bonus Abuse and Irregular Practices
SlotRave actively monitors betting patterns to identify fraudulent or abusive behaviour relating to bonus use. The following are considered bonus abuse practices, among others:
- Organized cooperation between users or placing covering bets (e.g, simultaneously betting on Red and Black in live roulette) to meet rollover requirements with zero risk.
- Deliberately delaying game rounds, including slot game features or free spins, until after the bonus has been fulfilled or has expired.
- Systematically switching from games with low rollover contribution to games with high rollover contribution after accumulating a significant win using bonus balance.
- Using multiple accounts under the same or false identities to repeatedly claim the welcome bonus.
Any violation or abuse will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of all accumulated winnings, and potential permanent closure of the offending player's gaming account.
Game Rules and Platform Betting
6.1. Game Integrity and Random Number Generator (RNG)
All virtual games available at SlotRave casino (slots, table games, electronic roulette) use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified by internationally recognized testing laboratories. The RNG guarantees full compliance with regulated Return to Player (RTP) rates and ensures that each individual game round is based exclusively on chance, with no possibility of internal or external manipulation.
6.2. Game Catalogue and Certified Providers
SlotRave features an extensive entertainment library showcasing the most acclaimed titles on the global and Canadian market. Among the most popular games available on our platform are:
- Book of Dead (Play'n GO).
- Starburst (NetEnt).
- Sweet Bonanza (Pragmatic Play).
- Gates of Olympus (Pragmatic Play).
- Mega Moolah (Microgaming) with its massive accumulated jackpot.
- Gonzo's Quest (NetEnt).
In addition to virtual titles, SlotRave offers live dealer roulette tables, a format that enjoys great popularity among Canadian casino players. All live streaming and live gaming rooms operate under strict licensing and supervisory standards.
6.3. Technical Failures, Interruptions, and System Errors
If, for any unforeseen reason, a hardware, software, or network connectivity error occurs on the SlotRave side during the placement of a bet, the game round will be declared void by the security system.
- In slots and virtual casino games, if a round is interrupted before its conclusion, the full bet amount will be returned to the Player's balance.
- If the game result had already been determined and recorded on SlotRave's central server before the disconnection occurred, the system will process the result automatically and credit any winnings to the user's account.
- Any technical malfunction, obvious typographical error in the publication of odds, or gross system error voids all bets and prizes generated during the period of the failure. Any Player who detects a manifest error in the system has an ethical and legal obligation to report it immediately to support at [email protected], and must refrain from exploiting it in bad faith for financial gain.
Responsible Gambling and Player Protection Policy
7.1. Commitment to Healthy Gaming
For the vast majority of users, playing at SlotRave is a fun, exciting, and purely recreational experience. However, we recognize that for a minority of individuals, gambling can cease to be a pastime and become a serious psychosocial and financial problem. SlotRave is committed to actively promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment, providing advanced control and protection tools in full compliance with applicable Canadian responsible gambling regulations.
7.2. Control and Limit-Setting Tools
SlotRave makes the following mandatory self-help tools available directly within the Player's account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Allows you to set the maximum amount in Canadian dollars ($) that can be deposited into your account per day, per week, or per month.
- Wager Limits: Allows you to cap the total amount that can be wagered within a given time period.
- Session Time Alerts: On-screen pop-up notifications informing the user of the exact time elapsed since the start of their gaming session, prompting them to confirm whether they wish to continue or end the session.
Requests to reduce limits (making restrictions stricter) take effect immediately on the platform. Requests to increase limits or remove safety restrictions only take effect after a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period, in strict alignment with responsible gambling best practices.
7.3. Self-Exclusion and Gaming Breaks
The Player has the right to request self-exclusion from the platform at any time. Self-exclusion can be completed in two ways:
- Local Self-Exclusion (at SlotRave): Completed directly in the user profile or via written communication to [email protected]. This may be for a temporary period (with a mandatory minimum of 3 months) or indefinitely.
- National Self-Exclusion (GameStop Canada / Provincial Programs): Players can register for self-exclusion through their provincial responsible gambling program, which prevents access to all licensed gaming sites operating within that jurisdiction. For example, players in Ontario may use the GameSense Self-Exclusion program, while players in British Columbia may use GameSense BC, and those in Quebec may contact Mise sur toi.
During any self-exclusion period, SlotRave will immediately cease sending all marketing communications or promotional materials, completely block access to the gaming account for wagering purposes, and promptly process the withdrawal of any available real-money balance to the Player's verified Canadian bank account.
7.4. Responsible Gambling Support Lines in Canada
If you feel you are losing control over your gambling behaviour, or if family members notice signs of problem gambling, we strongly encourage you to contact the following free, professional, and confidential support services available across Canada:

Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF)
8.1. Legal Prevention Obligations
SlotRave is bound by Canada's Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) and the regulations issued by the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC). These legal obligations apply rigorously to all transactions carried out on the online casino platform.
8.2. Transaction Monitoring and Suspicious Patterns
All financial transactions carried out on SlotRave are subject to continuous automated and human scrutiny. - Immediate suspension of the gaming account and full freeze of all deposited funds and accumulated winnings.
- Immediate cancellation of any pending withdrawal requests.
- Refusal to accept new deposits or process any type of transaction on the platform.

9.1. Ownership of Content
All elements that form part of the SlotRave digital ecosystem โ including, but not limited to: trademarks, logos, explanatory text, website graphic design, databases, source code, navigation structures, images, audio, and promotional videos โ are the exclusive property of SlotRave or have been duly licensed to the company by their respective creators and software studios (game providers). All such materials are protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws and conventions.
9.2. Usage Restrictions and Limited Licence

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
10.1. Nature of the Service and Inherent Risks
The Player acknowledges and voluntarily accepts that the use of SlotRave's services and participation in gambling activities involves an inherent financial risk of loss of capital. Any loss of real funds resulting from normal gambling activity is the sole responsibility of the User.
10.2. Exclusion of Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, SlotRave, its directors, shareholders, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, consequential damages, or moral prejudice arising from:

- The justified suspension or closure of the gaming account under the terms set out in these General Terms and Conditions.
10.3. Maximum Liability Cap
In circumstances where a competent court or judicial authority determines SlotRave's civil liability for material damages directly attributable to the company, the maximum cumulative amount of compensation payable to the user will be strictly limited to the total net amount the Player deposited into their gaming account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the damaging event occurred.
Dispute Resolution and Complaints
11.1. Internal Complaints Procedure
Should the Player wish to submit a formal complaint regarding any aspect of the services provided by SlotRave (for example, the settlement of a bet, an uncredited bonus, a delay in identity verification, or the processing of a withdrawal), they should present their case in detail to our Customer Support Department. The complaint must be submitted in writing by email to the official address: [email protected].
To ensure the complaint is processed efficiently, the message must include:
- The Player's full name and the username associated with their account;.

Players are encouraged to make use of recognized ADR services, which provide a cost-effective and timely means of resolving contractual disagreements without the need to initiate court proceedings. Information on available ADR bodies can be obtained through the applicable provincial consumer protection office or the Competition Bureau Canada at www.
Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions
12.1. Right to Unilateral Amendment
SlotRave reserves the right to modify, update, or rewrite the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes may result from developments in the platform's commercial offerings, the introduction of new payment technologies (such as enhancements to Interac e-Transfer), structural adjustments to the games catalogue, or, imperatively, to comply with changes in Canadian law or new guidelines issued by applicable regulatory authorities.
12.2. Prior Notification to Users
Whenever a material change is made to the Terms that directly affects the rights or obligations of users, SlotRave will provide advance notice to all active account holders. This notification will be delivered in writing via email to the user's registered email address, complemented by a mandatory-read pop-up notice upon the user's next login to the platform.

To continue enjoying SlotRave's casino and betting services, the Player must explicitly confirm their acceptance of the updated General Terms and Conditions by clicking the "I Accept" button provided on the platform.
If the user disagrees with the newly introduced rules, they have the full right to decline the changes. Refusal to accept the updated Terms will result in the inability to continue placing bets or making deposits on the platform. In such circumstances, the gaming account will be immediately suspended for wagering activity, and the user may request a full withdrawal of their deposited real-money balance, after which the account will be permanently and amicably closed.
Final Provisions and Severability
13.1. Severability of Clauses
If any provision, paragraph, or clause contained in these General Terms and Conditions is declared null, invalid, ineffective, or unenforceable by a competent Canadian court or applicable regulatory authority, such invalidity shall in no way affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of all remaining provisions contained in this document, which shall continue in full force and effect. The clause deemed invalid will be replaced by a legally acceptable provision that most closely reflects the original commercial and legal intent of the invalidated clause.
13.2. Tolerance and Non-Waiver of Rights
The fact that SlotRave does not, at a given point in time, require strict compliance by the Player with any obligation arising from this agreement, or the failure to exercise any right or sanctioning power provided herein, shall not in any case be interpreted as a permanent waiver of those rights or powers, nor shall it constitute a novation of the contract or set a precedent that prevents SlotRave from requiring full compliance with the user's contractual obligations at any future time.
13.3. Entire Agreement
These General Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the specific rules associated with any bonus promotions accepted by the user, constitute the entire agreement and binding understanding between SlotRave and the Player with respect to the use of the platform. This document completely supersedes any prior communications, agreements, proposals, or verbal or written negotiations made between the parties.
For clarification of any questions related to the clauses of this agreement, or to obtain additional technical or legal assistance, Canadian users may contact our support team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via the official SlotRave email: [email protected].
